Daniela brings 9+ years of IT project management experience with a specialty in translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements. She has coordinated large-scale digital infrastructure projects including the $50M DC Homeowner Assistance Fund, the DC Bridge Fund, and the $16M PIVOT Fairfax grant program. Daniela has led 10+ Airtable projects through which clients managed over $100M in grant funding. Previously, she served as IT Business Consultant for the Chief Security Office at Barclays Bank and is a Certified ISO 27001 Information Security Auditor.
